In order to effectively deliver the desired services and consistently meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders in our business, we have subscribed to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard with the following quality objectives:
- To continually meet customer expectations within agreed lead time.
- To internally audit our processes at least twice a year in line with our QMS requirements.
- To carry out bi-annual management review meetings.
- To review customer expectations and feedback quarterly for continuous improvement.
- To ensure departments meet monthly to ascertain compliance to departmental QMS objectives.
