QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Kenchez Nigeria Limited provides the following services to customers in the Oil and Gas Sector of the Nigerian Economy: Equipment Leasing, Sale of Pipes, Civil Construction, Logistics and Equipment Maintenance.

In order to effectively deliver the desired services and consistently meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders in our business, we have subscribed to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard with the following quality objectives:

  • To continually meet customer expectations within agreed lead time.
  • To internally audit our processes at least twice a year in line with our QMS requirements.
  • To carry out bi-annual management review meetings.
  • To review customer expectations and feedback quarterly for continuous improvement.
  • To ensure departments meet monthly to ascertain compliance to departmental QMS objectives.
