Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Policy

In view of the importance of Personal Protective Equipment as aid against accident, the Management of Kenchez Nigeria Limited in line with ISO 45001:2018 standard therefore maintains that:

• PPEs are compulsory for all activities.

• All PPEs according to the job must be provided by the Management of Kenchez Nigeria Limited.

• All PPEs must befit purpose.

• Operators, mates, engineers, and all concerned must use PPEs adequately.

• Workers must report defective PPE for replacement.

• Violators of PPE policy shall be sanctioned.

• No worker in our general property maintenance services site is exempted from this rule.

• All PPEs given to workers for work still remains the property of Kenchez Nigeria Limited. and must be returned back to the company in lieu of service/contract termination.

• Every third-party contractor carrying out a service at Kenchez Nigeria Limited facility must be on complete PPE.

• All workers must share these commitments to ensure accident reduction.
