QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL POLICY AND PROCEDURES (QA/QC POLICY)

The Management of Kenchez Nigeria Limited understands that quality is one of the most important means of maintaining our competitive strength in providing good and sound equipment and services that meet the stringent requirements and expectation of today’s oil and gas sector.

The Management of Kenchez Nigeria Limited is therefore committed to meeting and exceeding customers’ needs for high quality products and services.

To meet these challenges, the Management Board has involved the policy of setting up standards for achievement, sustenance and continuous improvement of assurance and control thus:
  • Setting up a well-defined and functional Quality Management System based on parts quality and standard.
  • Engaging highly skilled and experienced personnel in all fields of activity.
  • Having quality assurance and quality control to enable her achieve the expected desire.
  • Sensitizing personnel to provide confidence to our clients/customers that the intended quality is being or will be achieved in the delivered products or services.
The Managing Director, who is the representative of the Board of Directors, with the QA/QC Manager, shall inspect, supervise, monitor and coordinate the full implementation of the Quality Management System and Control.
